I knew I would be RVing away from my home area and knew little about all of the working components of my home on wheels. I purchased a warranty from Wholesale Warranties in 11-2019.

I invested 7,374.00 in their Total Coverage plan to cover all of the working systems in the RV. Warranties sold my contract to a company called Strategic Administration. They are a servicing agency for the recreation vehicle industry. I had a hydraulic line blow on my slide-out in Lewiston, ID.

The repair bill was 1,400.00. The 7,374 I spent for Total Care Coverage covered repairs to the slide, except there was an exclusion to all hoses on the vehicle. They denied my claim. I had a hydraulic valve fail two weeks later in Canada.

The bill was 609.00. I had a deductible of 100.00. They reimbursed me 302.00 because Strategic Administration uses Spader Labor Guide for paying labor charges. It doesnt matter what the shop charges for labor.

They only pay from the Spader Labor guide. I had to submit the claim multiple times. My experience with Strategic Administrations customer service and claims over the last 3+ years was pathetic because Im not their customer. Their contract favors the warranty company.

You had better have every receipt and a maintenance log if you expect reimbursement on a major repair like engine, transmission etc.

The Wholesale Warranty Total Coverage was the worst investment I made in my RV. I would not recommend them to anyone.

so..within a few hours of posting our complaint on Pissed Consumer...we get an email from "Bobby Ortiz", who claims to be some sort of "supervisor" or manager of Wholesale Warranty.....along with reiterating a previous "offer" of less than 1/4 of what repairs have now...

Original review Feb 10, 2021
Wife and I purchased 3year extended warranty for our RV Class A motorhome.
warranties left us stranded twice with no help, we were forced to enact emergency repairs, as required by contract, wholesale denied our claim in full saying we had broken contract when we had emergency repairs done to prevent further damage.
Second time, was potentially FATAL situation when rear breaks blew out while riding down hill near Lake MEAD.....THAT WAS ON FEB 2, 2021. entire rear brake system destroyed, calipers seized, rotors both split in 1/2, and much more.

Wholesale does NOT have any emergency contact info, and closes their offices at 5pm their local time. Are CLOSED altogether on Saturday and Sunday. We notified them via phone messages and direct contact with one of their supervisors..... They are refusing to authorize any repairs until their "inspector" arrives to meet with repair personnel, Warranty was send detailed quote on FRIDAY, Feb 5, and so far they have lied to us repeatedly, telling us the inspector would be here on Monday, Feb 7, then Tuesday Feb 8, the Wednesday Feb 9, then today, Feb 10....now telling us "maybe" tomorrow, Feb 11 they will be here.Wholesale has been fully aware that wife and I are now more than 2500 miles from home, have no were to stay other than in our RV, have no other vehicle with us, and are both SENIOR CITIZENS, and I am US Veteran and DISABLED.

None of this seems to make any difference to warranties...they have continued to lie to us, refuse to return calls even when promised, and have absolutely no compassion or concern for the safety of their clients. Additionally, they repeatedly breach their contracts with no apology, but then try to disrregard their responsibility by claiming our EMERGENCY repairs that were necessary to get us to a safe location had breached the contract...even though such necessary and emergency repairs were REQUIRED under the contract to prevent any further damage....
Additionally, the paperwork we received from warranties claims their offices are in Fort Worth, TX, however, after calls to several TX authorities, INCLUDING THE TX Atty General, there is NO SUCH COMPANY as "Wholesale Warranties" licensed or even registered with the state....

In reading through these 'complaints' what struck me is how few there are in a ten-year period. There are 18 complaints in that period. I am a CPA, but I bet you all can count and average also. That's 1.8 per year. I bet any of you that Wholesale Warranties sells a lot more than 2 policies a year!! Just saying!!

Unhappy with procedure used for calculating cost to repair

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Wholesale Warranties is a company, in hindsight, I would have made a different decision about using them knowing what I know now (personal opinion). They use a labor book to calculate cost for repair without consideration of what a reputable service provider's actual labor hourly cost maybe.

In addition, they use a flat rate book to calculate hours to repair which maybe less (depending on service provider) than what a service center says their actual labor cost/hour is and will not adjust the repair time or cost to repair accordingly. This means that if you are forced to use a provider that does not take their insurance, the difference of what WW will pay and what you may be charged is your responsibility. They disputed Freightliner's estimate to repair my Class A Motor home and made no cost allowances for diagnostic time (which they require) to determine what the problem was yet demand to know that as well as process to repair before reimbursing only their projected cost to do the repair. They reimbursed me approximately $900 our of a $3300 bill.

In hindsight, knowing what I know now, I would have made a different decision as to warranty services used. repair.

Claim service “runaround”

I too am experiencing a similar situation. The facility that rendered my services did not obtain authorization for services, probably due to time it took to get the authorization.

I spoke to wholesale warranty- portfolio when I went in to pick up my RV and they said I needed to file the claim for reimbursement. The services were a covered benefit under my plan. I have since sold the RV and transferred the remainder of the warranty. Services were rendered in November 2017, and it is now February 2018: still no resolution or reimbursement.

I had the claim filed in November, sent certified mail to ensure that they received the claim, yet they have been giving me the runaround, now stating they didn’t receive the claim until January 2018. Their explanation is that the claim is in review, but there is no request for any additional information. I need to get a resolution for my claim.

I paid for my warranty honorably and I only expect the same from Portfolio on paying me my claim. I’m a 68 y/o single female living on a fixed income and need my money.

I purchased an extended warranty through Good Sam and thought of checking with WW. The quote sounded good and I considered cancelling the Good Sam's Extended Service program and signing up with WW.

Then I thought, let me see what people are saying about this company before parting with $3,150 for an Extended Service plan with them, and boy am I glad I read this particular incident.

I should had gone with my gut feeling about them. Thanks for the review.

Wholesale warranties will stall and stall on approving work. A full 24 hours sitting in repair shops waiting for approval.

Its all a ploy to get you to pay. I was told NO REIMBURSMENTS.

So we had to sit for days waiting for approval because you can't order parts till the say ok. Horrible company, if you want to call it a company.

Guest

Wholesale Warranties is a horrible company. I was told that ANY work had to be authorized.

NO reimbursement allowed and a 24 hour waiting period before any work can begin if its over $750....That is a giant pain when you are on the road. It happened twice to us. Had to sit in a garage for the full 24 hours before Wholesale would authorize any work. Don't you dare go on with the work because then they will not pay.

I feel bad because you lost your money.

This is how Jeff Shelton does business. I was horrified to see Keep your Day Dreams recommending Wholesale Warranties.

Resolved: Wholesale Warranty JEFF SHELTON Portfolio ripoff

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

If you breakdown on the road you have to wait up to 24 hours for Portfolio to approve any repairs. That means you are in the middle of a trip and you have to sit at a garage until Portfolio says work can begin.

This is a ploy to get you to pay out of frustration. I am stuck as I type this, in a parking lot waiting for the ok for work to even start. Jeff Shelton owns Wholesale Warranty, they sold us this horrible contract. TO JEFF I hope your family is in a position just like mine someday and I hope your vacation goes down the toilet just like mine has.

Karma is a *** and your day will come. You are fully aware that your company plays games on the phone and jerks travelers around when they are on the road and in trouble. This is the second time this has happened to me. Don't buy anything from this company.

One nice thing about a 24 hour wait is you have all the time in the world to research and type reviews and comments all over the internet. We travelers have to stick together and warn each other about JEFF SHELTON and his tiny print contracts and deceptive practices. I am 12 hours into my 24 hour wait.

Who knows if my repair will be approved. Believe me I will update you.

Some folks fail to understand how insurance/extended warranties work. They have to have a process to prevent fraud and abuse, that's not being mean or unkind but just good business so they STAY in business and are there for ALL of their customers.

The other thing folks continue to misunderstand is that you WANT your insurance company to make money so that they (again) stay in business for you next year and the year after. From someone who has worked on the inside of an insurance company and I am NOT associated in any way with Wholesale Warranty other than as a current customer

Portfolio had to wait 21 hours to ok my claim. They paid its over.

I will comment more later this year. There is a ton more to this story.

I will share after March or April. Good luck to all who have a Wholesale Warranty.

Sending my love to Jeff Shelton.

I am back !!!! Never had any further dealings with Wholesale Warranties or Portfolio.

I used them twice. I was away from home both times and at their mercy. Had to wait a full 24 hours both times for them to ok the work on my coach. That is a tactic to get you to go away.

THEN you have to wait for parts. Its a complete nightmare when you are on the road and broken down. I only hope this kind to customer treatment follows Jeff Shelton, his parents, wife and children. I hope the are all treated exactly the way Mr Shelton treats his customers.

This guy loves a slick shell game of shoveling bull *** with no intention of paying claims, unless the customer is willing to wait to get what is due them. Jeffie boy isn't used to dealing with people under 70 that know how to use the internet.

When I have 24 full hours to wait, I also have 24 full hours to post and let people what is going on. I also have a long memory and will check in periodically to let customers know.

Wholesale Warranty the best there is!!!!!!

My husband and I just bought another contract with wholesale. I would never buy an extended warranty from anyone EXCEPT Wholesale Warranty.

We have had many claims and there has never been a problem with Wholesale. We have our motorhome serviced every year and the service company usually finds something wrong. They just pick up the phone call in the problem, fax the quote to wholesale and its paid for before we go to pick up our coach. I did have extended warranty thru GOOD SAM way too expensive.

I shopped around before going to Wholesale and no one can beat their prices and their coverage.

Wholesale is the best anywhere. Joyce Miculinich

FAULTY REPAIR DENIAL

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Be very cautious about purchasing a warranty from Wholesale warranties of San Diego, California. We own a 2014 Nexus Ghost 36G, which we purchased used with 6200 miles.

The curbside bedroom slide would not close properly. After much research we found that the Schwintek mechanism, produced by Lippert Industries was defective. We discovered online that this is a chronic problem and decided we would have the problem repaired by Lippert since almost every repair made by a regular RV repair facility experienced problems afterwards. We live in South Florida and decided to *** the bullet and travel at the end of an extended trip, from Maine to Goshen, Indiana at the Lippert factory repair center.

It was a two month wait for our appointment to repair the slide and was told they DO NOT deal with extended warranty companies. We figured that we wanted the repair done correctly, and not have to deal with it again, hence the reason for it being done at the Lippert Factory. They also said they would check our drive side slide as a courtesy but we did not notice anything awry with it. We figured we would pay for the repairs and get reimbursed from Wholesale Warranties after the fact.

We dropped off our RV, the Lippert customer service representative said she would contact Wholesale Warranty as a courtesy to us. I should note that I had about ten days before, contacted Wholesale Warranties. I explained to them what was going down that it was a factory repair center on a STRICT schedule. It was to their advantage since it would be done correctly, so not much of a chance for a return visit to effect more repairs at a later date.

Well Lippert did a vin check and found that they had sent parts to repair the drive side slide to a repair facility in Jacksonville,Florida. They had not installed the parts correctly, and they also notified Wholesale Warranties about the problem as well. I received a phone call from Mr. John Wise that Wholesale Warranties would NOT be paying for the slide repair because according to Lippert the parts were installed wrong.

Wise replied that we should have read the fine print that specifically outlines that there will be no payment made if previous repairs were made incorrectly. I then explained that we bought the RV in June 2016, the repairs in question were made in February 2015! We did not own the vehicle, nor would we be aware of what repairs were made by the previous owners, and if those repairs were incorrectly or correctly made. Wise explained it does not make a difference contract is what it is.

We then contacted my salesperson Steve Motz, who contacted another Wholesale Warrantee person higher up to try and expedite our problem. Wise contacted Lippert to arrange an inspector to come out and see the problem, however as I explained earlier this is a FACTORY repair facility with a STRICT REPAIR SCHEDULE, they could not wait till the next day for the inspector to appear before doing the repairs. We received a letter later explaining multiple items in their contract that eliminates them for paying our claim in addition to what they previously denied it for.

Finally PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. READ YOUR CONTRACT VERY CAREFULLY AND READ EVERYTHING, ALL SMALL PRINT IN TOTAL, IF YOU HAVE AN ATTORNEY RUN IT BY HIM.

OMG I am so sorry this happened to you. The blessing is that you didn't sound like you were stranded while Wholesale Warranties played their shell game on you.

I have sat in 2 repair shops for 2 days once and a full 7 days once. This was in the MIDDLE of vacation. Want to talk about ruined plans. Thats part of the scam.

If the repair is over $750 you have to wait at least 24 hours before they will consider approving a claim. THEN and only THEN can you order parts and get repairs done. IF you go ahead and start without approval they will not pay. I was told that there is NO REIMBURSEMENT so dont even go there.

They do this so you will pay yourself. The only good part was I have an awesome computer, unlimited data, all the time in the world to type. Wholesale warranties scrubs their Facebook page daily so no bad reviews show up. Then they ban you so you can't post.

Thank goodness for sites like this. SCAM

Be careful before you give them money!

Be careful what the salesman tells you! We were promised a warranty and told not to worry, all rvs are accepted and that if there are issues with the rv we just needed to repair the items and they too would be covered.

They had us pay $500 upfront but only refunded $150 after the inspection. I understand there were issues with the rv but it's not right that they went back on their word and kept our money and didn't supply a warranty.

They also said we could start the warranty because it was right under the allowed amount of miles knowing it was going to be used 1000 miles over the weekend which prevented us from getting a warranty from another company. Very unprofessional.

Commenting on how much easier it is to get work done without warranty hassles. My husband and I are writing RVing for Dummies, and I've been walking on eggshells over the warranty chapter.

I'm trying to be fair, and not too harsh. People are so taken in, they think you're nuts to RV without one, but I'll never buy another service contract. Keep records. You'll probably find over life of the warranty that your repair costs weren't even close to what you paid for coverage, especially if it's a simple trailer rather than motorhome.

Save a bit of money if you can, and absorb the costs yourself. Service is so much easier if you're just paying, with no hassles.

Guest

Thank God you didn't pay $4000 like I did. Its over now.

We had a breakdown since our contract expired. There was so much less stress and we had our coach back super fast and was back on the road. It cost some money but it was so much better than dealing with Wholesale Warranties. All I can say is, God help anyone elderly or anyone unwilling to fight to get the service you paid for.

DO not give Wholesale Warranties your money because all you will get is problems. MOVE ON.

Extended RV warranty contract not honored

We bought our Heartland Cyclone Toy Hauler in late December of 2009 although it is technically a 2011 model. On August 25, 2011we purchased an extended warranty from Jeff Shelton at Wholesale Warranties.Net. Our contract number is AA00105106 We purchased the “Optional Slide Out System” coverage as our cyclone has 3 slide outs. We were ensured by Jeff Shelton that by doing this anything with the Slide Outs would be covered. Beginning of March 2014 when upon taking the winter cover off the R.V. we discovered that one of the drive cables for the bedroom slide out was broken. We called R.V. America, (477 Marketplace Drive, Johnstown, CO 80534) where we purchased the Cyclone, to have them repair the drive cable and that we had an extended warranty. Our service advisor from RV America, Dean Ingraham (1-97*-278-****), told me to bring in the contract so they could contact Wholesale Warranty with an estimate for the repair. The following day Dean called us and said that he was very surprised but that our claim had been denied. I told him to go ahead and do the repair and I would have to talk to Wholesale Warranty about the denial. On 3/11/14 I called Wholesale warranty (1-80*-939-****) and played the typical phone shuffle until I was connected to Mike (claim advisor 1-88*-547-****) ) who is the one that rejected our claim. He said our claim had been rejected because that broken cable falls under the “What is not covered” section of our contract because it was a “Linkage”. I told him that we had the optional slide out coverage but he said it still wasn’t covered. On 3/12/14, my Wife called and talked to John Wise, Claims Specialist (1-80*-939-****) who promised to look into it. On 3/13/14 My wife called John Wise again to get an update - He said there was a 90% probability that our claim would be denied by their claims manager and that they had many other cases like ours and that they were all denied! After further contact it was confirmed that our claim had been denied. John Wise kept referring to the section “What’s not covered” and didn’t have any additional explanation why this was not covered although we had purchased the extra coverage for the slide outs. 3/20/14 Dave went to pick up our repaired R.V. and had a long conversation with Dean, our service advisor. He said that someone at Wholesale Warranty had talked to him about our claim and that he (Dean) had tried to explain that the slide out cables are not a “Linkage”, but except for the motor are the main working parts that make the slide out work. Dean also added that he thought the person from Wholesale Warranty didn’t understand or didn’t care about his expert description of the drive mechanisms for the slide out and how they work together as a unit. Dear BBB, when I read the” What Is Not Covered” section of our contract, Wholesale Warranty is using the loosely worded phrase “manual and hydraulic linkages” as a convenient way to deny our claim. The word linkage can be used to describe just about any man made mechanical device, I.E. a screw holding two pieces of metal together could be called a “Linkage”!! In our case the cable is not as they claim a “Linkage” but an essential part of the slide out mechanism.

Dear Mr. and Mrs.

Mouffe,

I want to begin by letting you know how sorry we are to hear of your dissatisfaction with your RV Extended Service Contract, commonly referred to as an RV Warranty. We offer these policies as a way to help protect RVers from the expensive mechanical breakdowns that can occur at any time. While we do our best to always offer the most comprehensive coverage on the market, there is certainly no policy that will cover absolutely everything on an RV. Any time that a customer has a claim that they feel is being incorrectly denied, or they feel that they are not receiving the service promised to them at the time of purchase, we urge them to call our offices to see if there is anything we can do to turn their situation around.

As the selling dealer of these contracts we do not handle claims approval or denial, but we do act as an additional layer of support. Whether this means facilitating communication, providing additional information, or “going to bat” on a customer’s behalf, we are happy to do everything in our power to make sure that claims are dealt with in accordance with the contract that a customer has signed and agreed to.

When you contacted us at WholesaleWarranties regarding your claim issue, we did our best to research the details of the claim, and to contact every party involved. Unfortunately, after speaking with the Claims Department at your warranty provider, we did see that the actual failed part, a cable, was specifically excluded by the contract. Things that are not covered by this contract are specifically listed as exclusions, and in this case fall under the header of “manual and hydraulic linkages”.

While you did specifically purchase a policy that extends coverage to your Slide Out System, this does not mean that any and all breakdowns occurring in your slide out will be covered. The exclusions section of this contract supersedes all other listings of coverage, so the exclusion of “manual and hydraulic linkages” applies to the Slide Out System, and this is the reason for the denial of your failed slide out cable. The cable is certainly necessary to the function of the mechanical component of the slide out, but it is also a linkage, and linkages are specifically excluded. While we are always determined to contest on behalf of our customers in the event we see a claim for a covered component denied when it should not be, there is no evidence provided in this particular case and with this particular contract that would allow us to form an argument to the contrary of the claims department’s denial.

Unfortunately, this is the reason we were unable to have the denial overturned or have the warranty company pay out for these damages.

Again, we want to express our sincerest apologies that you

did not receive the level of service you were expecting. As mentioned above, we as a selling dealer always stand behind the coverage that we have offered to our customers. However, in cases where the contract sold specifically denies a failed item, we are unable to change or overturn the denial decision from the warranty company itself. We hope that moving forward you will allow us to continue providing you with comprehensive coverage and excellent customer service, as is always our goal.

If there are any further questions you have please do not hesitate to contact us at your convenience.

Sincerely, Jeff Shelton Owner of: WholesaleWarranties.com

To deny the claim for our broken slide out under the excuse that it is a “linkage” which are excluded in the contract is quite a ‘cop-out’ to put a nicely.

Dean, our service advisor at R.V.America tried to explain that the slide out cables are not a “Linkage”, but except for the motor are the main working parts that make the slide out work.

Dear Jeff, when I read the” What Is Not Covered” section of our contract, Wholesale Warranty is using the loosely worded phrase “manual and hydraulic linkages” as a convenient way to deny our claim. The word linkage can be used to describe just about any man made mechanical device, I.E. a screw holding two pieces of metal together could be called a “Linkage”!!

In our case the cable is not as they claim a “Linkage” but an essential part of the slide out mechanism.

We do hope that we will help preventing other future customers to fall for the same false promise you made to us and believe that they would be covered.

The first time we paid out of pocket for parts and labor to fix it. The second time it quit working the repair man noticed it was still under warranty. I called www.wholesalewarranties.com and they sent parts and we paid shipping and labor to have it fixed. Now the water heater is leaking all over my bedroom carpet and whirlpool refuses to honor the warranty. so now I have no hot water except on my bedroom carpet. What good is that? I am beyond happy to see Ashtons comment about the Office of the Commissionser of Insurance. That is an awesome idea.

Jeff Shelton and Wholesale Warranties need to answer to someone!!!!!!!!! SO glad you got your money.

As I purchased my contract with wholesalewarranties.com in Wisconsin, I contacted the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance in October 2013. After they contacted American Bankers Insurance Company on my behalf, I was very surprised to receive a check for the $2,943 purchase price I paid to wholesalewarranties.com back in October 2011. You may want to contact your state’s Office of the Commissioner of Insurance in hopes of receiving a refund

Rv warranty scam

I purchased a 5 year extended RV warranty contract for my motorhome in December of 2009 and was provided a policy. Subsequently, I received notice that the policy was never paid, even though I paid $2925 by credit card . I have called Jason Flowers, with whom I dealt, on numerous occasions and he has promised to either refund my money or provide a valid equivalent policy. After dozens of messages left he finally told me to call 1 (85*) 991 **** and speak with the new owner Jeff Shelton Wholesalewarranties.com as they have gone through an ownership change. I have never received a phone call back from Jeff as of today. I have filed complaints with various organizations and plan on contacting all the agencies that carry this company as an advertiser.

My name is Jeff Shelton and I am the owner of WholesaleWarranties.com. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with your extended warranty.

However, I would like to stress that WholesaleWarranties.com is in no way, now or ever, affiliated with Jason Flowers. We did not purchase, partner or affiliate ourselves in any way with Jason flowers or his Go RV Warranty Company before or after its closure. Jason Flowers has never been an employee or affiliate of WholesaleWarranties.com. I apologize for any misinformation that you may have received.

While I truly wish that we could in some way help you to receive a refund on the policy that you purchased, we have absolutely no ties to Jason Flowers’ past or present customers.

I encourage you to research the information I’ve provided here, as we pride ourselves on transparency and honesty as a company.

I would again like to express my sincerest sympathy for all of the trouble you have encountered with the purchase and cancellation of your RV Warranty. Please do not hesitate to call my office at 1-800-939-2806 if you would like to discuss your complaint in further detail, but I must stress again that we are a completely separate company from where you purchased your RV Warranty policy, and we have no affiliation or merger with Jason Flowers.

So glad to see Jeff Shelton is quick on the draw to distance himself from Mr Flowers. Heres one you can't distance yourself from.

My contract is MRV110**** vin 3202****. My alternator went out on my 2003 Monaco Windsor, I am in southern Illinois going to Florida. I am stuck in Marion Illinois because Portfolio can't approve my repair in a timely manor. I am into hour 20 at this point, this is ridiculous, sitting here waiting.

Is it realistic to expect people to sit in parking lots and garages waiting for payment on repairs that should not be denied?? You could solve this but I know you won't.

Its the same as 2 years ago when I was in Mesa and had to sit in a lot for a full week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

WHOLESALEWARRANTIES.COM 800-939-**** SCAM RV WARRANTY

Worked with Jason Flowers in October 2012 and ended up thinking I had purchased a 5 yr or 50,000 mileMOTORHOME WARRANTY from him. In October 2013 I received an unsigned letter informing me that our RV WARRANTY could not be accepted. No reason was provided (such as payment not received) and I was directed to contact our selling representative should I have questions or for a refund due me. I immediately called 800-939-**** (WHOLESALEWARRANTIES.COM) number given to me by Jason and have notes indicating I talked with Dave Scott. He said the UNSIGNED letter did not come from WHOLESALEWARRANTIES.COM as Jason had indicated and they have turned a copy of it over to their legal department in an effort to find out who sent it and our RV WARRANTY was NOT cancelled. I accepted his explanation and didn’t zero in on anything being wrong until this week when Dixie RV contacted the Administrative only to be told our “policy” had never been issued. Prior to providing WHOLESALEWARRANTIES.COM with our credit card information I even called one of the two references he gave me who supposedly was a satisfied customer.

Reviews are nothing but marketing gimmicks. …i believe this is one of the companies under investigation for fake reviews. Companies pay review agencies!

Wow!! That is incredible!!

How do they maintain a !00% (claimed) rating on all of their postings, unless they are fake reviews.

from fake customers. which appears to be the case.

Did you notify your credit card company? They could have investigated and refunded your money.
